Cool Cabin

Today Tyler and I hiked up the Montana Creek Trail to this great cabin. We chose to pitch a tent it and get that fresh mountain air (pretty dark and dingy inside). Awesome hiking and scenery. It was perfect spot for a log cabin, makes me want my own, but who doesn't?

These Bear boards close over the windows to keep hungry bears from breaking in and eating your beans. The cabin door (not shown) was really neat. It had a big old log on the inside rigged up to a pull string that you could set from the outside to lock the door. It took us a second to figure it out and I guess a bear couldn't figure it out at all.
