Most folks in the lower 48 might find these early pictures to resemble winter scenes. Although there is still a lot of snow on the ground, the warm sun and looong hours of daylight (sunset 10PM+) have us all outside, running around, hiking etc, until the wee hours. Even with the Aspen trees lacking foliage the landscape is still mostly green, unlike the depressing shades of gray back home.
