360 from mountain top


Joel and I picked a random peak, stopped the van and started dashing up the mountain. Don't underestimate the scrubby tundra brush, probably the most difficult terrain I've hiked through (not to mention waist high snow drifts). The view was outstanding.

    Remember in Rocky Mountain National Park when we hiked as much as we (I) could to get to the snow and still never touched any? Well looks like you get to trudge through all the snowy mountains your heart desires, finally.
